The House of Flowing Spaces
The client was searching for a plot that would meet his family's needs perfectly. The goal was to design a project with a minimum size of 300 square meters. Although the initial parcel offered only about 200 square meters, through clever planning and creative solutions, we managed to expand the available space to over 300 square meters and secure the necessary permits.
The site conditions allowed for a flat volume, enabling us to stretch the living area in all directions on the ground floor. We achieved exactly that: the living space extends and divides into various zones without losing its overall unity. Inside, the space flows from the entrance area in the east to the seating area in the west, creating a continuous, open atmosphere.
The cross-axes, defined by supporting rooms, open up the entire floor plan in all directions, emphasizing a sense of endless space. The veranda plays a central role in the entire project, offering versatile use that adapts to different needs.
The vertical connection between floors is realized through a dynamic metal staircase that holds the entire spatial structure together. In this house, we speak less of separate rooms and more of a seamless, flowing "parcours" that merges all spaces into one continuous experience. This results in a residence that confirms the idea of spatial infinity—a place of freedom, adaptability, and endless possibilities.
